Busbar Trunking Systems

E-Line MV Series Busbar Systems are used in facilities for horizontal or vertical energy transmission. Medium Voltage Busbar System is manufactured for power transmission and distribution requirements in high secure structures and plants. Medium Voltage MV Cast Resin Busbar is developed for power systems ranging between 12 kV-24 kV and 950A and 5700A.

Carrying high currents (transformer to switchboards, main distribution lines, power distribution for factories) using “Cast Resin Busbars” in outdoor environments instead of cables that are applied as mandatory offers many advantages. Aluminium housing covers the “DUROCOMP” composite material that is manufactured from specially selected pure silicium minerals and epoxy resin and has superior temperature and mechanical operation features and insulates the E-Line CCR Busbar from external elements.

E-Line KX range Compact Busbar Systems, is the newest product in the E-Line Busbar Group. Containing new technology, it compliments the KB Series which is a well established product, proven over a number of years. Busbar system is designed and produced using the latest technology for high power distribution with ratings from 400A to 6300A with high conductivity copper and aluminum conductors.

BUSBAR E-LINE KO-II

E-Line KO II Series medium range busbar systems provide suitable solutions for electricity transmission and distribution in medium-sized buildings or industrial facilities. They can be used in horizontal or vertical applications. Tap off box solutions comprise sheet metal boxes with circuit breakers, or plastic boxes for small currents which are compatible with Miniature Circuit Breakers.

BUSBAR E-LINE MK

The small power range busbar systems of E-Line MK series provide flexible and cost-effective solutions for the transmission and distribution of electricity in small-sized enterprises , workshops and industrial facilities. The MK Busbar range offers cost effective solutions to the requirement for different amounts of energy through the range of plastic tap-off boxes. They are designed to provide energy up to 225A.

BUSBAR E-LINE DL/SL

E-Line DL group Busbar Trunking Systems are used in buildings and Industrial plants as 25A, 32A or 40A three-phase or on lighting and socket circuits requiring single-phase power. 10A / 16A outlet plugs (with/without cartridge fuse) or 25A cartridge fuse or miniature circuit breakers (mcb) terminal boxes are designed to feed lighting and socket circuits depending on their characteristics.

BUSBAR E-LINE KAM/KAP

E-Line KAM Series Lighting Busbar Systems has been designed to feed lighting fixtures. It can be used to supply power to industrial or decorative different-type fixtures. Kam and KAP are busbar trunking systems, for lighting (KAM) and small power (KAP), designed and certified in full compilance with international standarts IEC 61439-1/6.
KAM: Lighting Busbar System (25-32 A)
KAP: Plug-in Busbar Distribution System (40-63 A)

DABLINE

DABLINE underfloor busbar systems, which has different color options, is used for raised floor applications in offices. Small size of DABLINE (Underfloor busbar) makes it possible to install the system into very narrow places even up to 50mm floor height. For plain, easy and fast solutions minimizing the risk under the raised floor without requiring cable tray, cabling, junction box and connector.

E-LINE Trolley Busbar

Trolley Busbar Systems are purpose-built to supply power to moving machinery. A key component — the current collector — remains mechanically linked to the mobile equipment and travels along the busbar, ensuring continuous and reliable electrical connection.

The system includes insulated busbars and a mobile current collector unit. Unlike traditional setups that rely on suspended or coiled cables (which can be prone to wear or tangling), the trolley busbar offers a cleaner, safer, and more efficient method of energy distribution.
