MV Busbar (Medium Voltage Busbar) Easy Assembly

E-Line MV Series Medium Voltage Busbar Systems are offered for customer’s use as the newest product within “E-Line Busbar Product Line”, with the state-of-art technologies as 12 kV and 24 kV. Ensures safe and effective power transmission. MV CR is manufactured within a single frame as Al and Cu conductors embedded in the insulation material consisting of an alloy of exclusively selected silicon minerals and epoxy resin. Busbar system (Medium Voltage – Cast Resin Busbar) is designed to perform as 12 kV and 24 kV. It is manufactured up to the grade of 5700 A as standard.

Busbar system (MV-CR) is formed by combining Copper and Aluminum conductors within tin-plated Al profile frame. As Al is a “Nonferrous” metal, it is a material lighter than the sheet metal. Furthermore, quite low hysteresis losses resulting from low temperature rise on the frame ensures minimization of power losses of the system. On the occasion that Al (Aluminum) is a fine conductor, it ensures grounding on the busbar frame.
